After reviewing the workload of manual orders, we found that receiving purchase requests through WhatsApp, WeChat, email, or other communication channels and manually verifying, entering, confirming, and placing each order requires substantial staff time and operating resources. The previous fee structure no longer reasonably reflects the actual service cost.
Therefore, effective October 15, 2026, MAMBABUY will adjust its manual order service fees.

Under the new standard, link quantity is no longer used. A manual order below RMB 5,000 is charged at 3%. A manual order totaling RMB 5,000 or above is charged at 1.5% on the entire order.
Examples: RMB 500 goods amount = RMB 15 service fee; RMB 2,000 = RMB 60; RMB 5,000 = RMB 75; RMB 10,000 = RMB 150.
This standard applies to manual orders submitted through WhatsApp, WeChat, email, or any other method outside the website self-service ordering system. The fee base includes only the actual transaction value of successfully purchased goods and excludes China domestic freight, international freight, taxes, payment fees, insurance or shipping protection, and other value-added service charges. Orders confirmed and fully paid before the effective date remain subject to the previous standard.
