II. Adjustments to Business Processing Timelines
(1) Purchasing Agency & Order Placement
🛒You may submit purchasing agency orders as usual during the holiday, and our buyers will proceed with your purchases normally.
⚠️Kind Reminder : Some merchants may resume shipments after the holiday, please stay informed.
(2) Warehouse Cut-off & Resumption Timelines
1. Goods Warehousing
-⛔ Suspension of Parcel Acceptance: 17:00 on February 12, 2026 (CST)
-📥 Pre-holiday Warehousing: Goods signed for before 14:00 on February 12 will be processed and warehoused by 18:00 on the same day.
-▶️ Resumption of Warehousing: 09:00 on February 25, 2026 (CST)
-🏬 Post-holiday Warehousing: Due to a large volume of parcels after the holiday, the processing timeline for goods warehousing may be slightly delayed. Thank you for your understanding and patience 🙏.
2. Parcel Packaging Application
-📦 Pre-holiday Packaging: All packaging applications submitted before 18:00 on February 11, 2026 (CST) will be completed before the holiday.
⚠️Friendly reminder: DHL-JY02/DHL-TM03/DPD-JY02/DPD-TM03/UK-DPD-JY02/UK-DPD-TM03/RM03-JY/RM04-PF Cut-off Time: February 9, 2026, 18:00 (CST).
-⏳ Post-holiday Packaging: Packaging applications submitted after 18:00 on February 11 will be processed in the order of submission starting from 09:00 on February 25.
Due to a sharp surge in parcel volume after the holiday, processing may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause 🙏.
3. Parcel Shipment
- 🚢 Pre-holiday Shipment: All parcels for which shipping fees are paid before 18:00 on February 11, 2026 (CST) will be dispatched on the same day.

(3) Payment & Refund
💳Applications for balance withdrawal and offline top-up submitted between 18:00 on February 12, 2026 and 09:00 on February 25, 2026 will be processed in the order of submission starting from 09:30 on February 25.
